98 grand cherokee 4x4 when you turn the steering wheel as far as it can go it feels like front wheels are?

98 grand cherokee 4x4 when you turn the steering wheel all the way to one side or the other it feels like the front wheels are locking up a little and it bounces a little too. does anyone know what is causing this problem? there not over size tires i know this much.

1. most liekly cause the tires qo perfectly to the left or riqht on a 90 deqree anqel ;; don`t trun them all the way to the sides then ;; have it looked att
2. It's because the tires are worn unevenly. Try having them roated. If not, new tires will fix this problem
