on an off road wheel the dementions are 16x10 does that mean i can only fit tires that are 10 inches wide?
i have a yota and want to put some better wheels on it and i don't really know much about them. i was just wondering if on the off road wheel the dementions are 16x10 that mean i can only fit tires that are 10 inches wide?

- 10IS THE WHEEL WIDTH AT BEAD-TAKES A PRETTY GOOD SIZE TIRE TO BEAD UP PROPERLY ON THAT WIDE OF WHEEL
- A 31x10.5 would be the minimum tire width you could go, being remotely safe. Other than that you can go as wide as you want on a 16x10. Check with your tire dealer to get the best size for your truck ride height, and safe beading on the wheel. I own a 4x4 and run 31x10.5 R15 on 15x10. It is up to you, just check that the tire size you want will safely mount.
- If you get a kit to raise the body of it, then you should be able to put bigger width of tires on.
