Buying aftermarket wheels for a 4x4 with locking hubs?

I have a 1999 Ford F250 and it has locking 4X4 hubs and I was wondering if all off roading wheels have hubs that come out.

1. I'm assuming you mean removable center caps. Almost all truck wheels are made so you can leave the center caps out and make your locking hubs accessible.
