'03 Ram 2500 4x4 wheels & tires?

Does anybody know where i can find a set of wheels and tires for my truck in SoCal? it has to be an 8 lug pattern x16.5 (i believe thats the right pattern) i want to find some used stuff so i can afford it. 31' to 35' tires would be best.
