Where can I get a single replacement Gorilla M12x1.5 Lug Nut for my Enkei RS6 wheels?

I have a 2000 Honda Civic CX, 16 Inch Enkei RS6 wheels (4 lug pattern on each wheel) So far I have tried a Honda dealership and Kragen with no luck. Does anyone know of a specific store/dealer who sells Gorilla lug nuts?
