Can mazda3 17 inch alloy wheels fit on a mazda6? I am trying to buy 2006 mazda3 17 inch wheels and put them on my 2003 mazda6, but i am not sure if i can do that with out harming my car. The mazda3 17 inch wheels i am getting: 17x6-1/2, 5 lug, 114mm Indented spoke ends 5x114 The mazda6 17 inch alloy wheel specifications: 17 x 7, with 5 lug on 114 mm Indented spoke ends 5x114. I can see that all the numbers match except for 17X7 (for mazda6) and 17X6.5 (for mazda 3). Does this mean i cannot put mazda 3 17 inch wheels on my mazda6? By the way my mazda6 right now has the steel wheels with hub caps and they are either 15 inch or 16 inch wheels. Since i am going higher on the rim size a bit, does it hurt my suspensions?
